Dos Aguilas Farm
Dos Aguilas, (Two Eagles), is an estate grown olive grove located in beautiful Corralitos where they grow five Tuscan varietals; Leccino, Maurino, Moraiolo, Frantoio and Pendolino. Each are added to their award winning blend of extra virgin olive oil.
Dos Aguilas was awarded the Gold Medal at the world’s largest olive oil competition for their December 2025 Tuscan Blend at the Los Angeles International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition. Their olive trees were first planted in 1999 and with subsequent plantings they currently have 1000 trees. The climate in Santa Cruz county is unique in that the cool, foggy summers create an olive oil that is not as robust or pungent as olive oils grown in hotter climates. Their extra virgin olive oil is of the highest quality and has received multiple awards.
Unfortunately warm weather in March of 2026 caused an early bloom in April and a few days of heavy rain knocked the flowers off thus no crop for Dos Aguilas this year. So no olive U-picks or how to cure olives classes on the weekends this fall.
