Dos Aguilas Farm
Dos Aguilas, (Two Eagles), is an estate grown olive grove located in beautiful Corralitos where they grow five Tuscan varietals; Leccino, Maurino, Moraiolo, Frantoio and Pendolino. Each are added to their award winning blend of extra virgin olive oil.
Dos Aguilas was awarded the Gold Medal/Best in Class at the world’s largest olive oil competition for their December 2023 Tuscan Blend at the Los Angeles International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition. Their olive trees were first planted in 1999 and with subsequent plantings they currently have 1000 trees. The climate in Santa Cruz county is unique in that the cool, foggy summers create an olive oil that is not as robust or pungent as olive oils grown in hotter climates. Their extra virgin olive oil is of the highest quality.
Additionally Dos Aguilas offers olive U-picks starting in November and classes in how to cure olives on the weekends. Learn how to make your own table olives!
